Heavy Stock
”Heavy Stock” was an ode to the work it takes inside the studio to be one of the best out on the streets. Thousands of hours of black book drawings, letter studies, honing a unique style, and scouring the cultural landscape for inspiration and references are all part of the regiment to be truly successful in this game.
This dedication is nothing short of obsession but the effort often goes unseen. This show pulled back that veil and gave us a chance to appreciate the never-ending pursuit of perfecting the craft through hard work, experimentation, and practice.
We were extremely excited to have such an acclaimed lineup for this show, featuring a variety of styles across several pieces including drawings, paintings, and sculptures that all touch on unique parts of the culture and practice of graffiti.
